I Am Boundless, a non-profit serving Ohio, seeks a Systems & Improvement Manager to oversee OhioRISE systems, data analytics, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate technology, drive continuous improvement, and work with leadership to enhance program performance while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (7) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, managed care, behavioral health, information technology, data analytics, systems improvement, quality improvement, compliance, project management, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience utilizing data and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of OhioRISE systems and operational support functions.
• Lead data analytics, compliance reporting, technology coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with CME Director and leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness and program performance through tech solutions and BI.
• Serve as liaison between OhioRISE and Information Technology to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Support day-to-day program needs and identify operational priorities and barriers, coordinating effective solutions.

What You’ll Do:

As a Systems & Improvement Manager, you’ll play a meaningful role in

providing strategic oversight of OhioRISE systems, operational support functions, data analytics, compliance reporting, technology coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partnering with the CME Director and leadership team, this role strengthens organizational effectiveness and program performance through technology solutions, business intelligence, process optimization, and workflow improvement.

Serving as a peer to clinical and care coordination leadership, the Manager, Systems & Improvement leads key organizational functions that strengthen the infrastructure supporting high-quality care coordination, regulatory compliance, and overall program outcomes. The role works in close partnership with Care Coordination leadership to ensure Operational Support remains responsive to day-to-day program needs, including the identification of operational priorities and barriers and the coordination of effective solutions.

The Manager, Systems & Improvement also serves as the primary liaison between OhioRISE and Information Technology, ensuring that technology, systems, analytics, operational support, and improvement initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and effectively support the needs of the program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of five (7) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, managed care, behavioral health, information technology, data analytics, systems improvement, quality improvement, compliance, project management, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, and organizational improvement initiatives.
• Experience utilizing data and performance metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
