Job summary

AES Consulting Engineers in Virginia seeks a full-time Survey Manager to lead client engagements, prepare proposals, and oversee site surveying, boundary and topographic work across public works and land development projects.

You will manage survey field crews, coordinate contract management, drive project profitability, and lead business development including RFP responses and pricing efforts with local municipalities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed VA Professional Land Surveyor.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in land development & public works.
• Experience supervising survey crews and collaborating with municipalities and approval agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and prepare proposals.
