Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Healthcare/Hospital/GPO negotiation experience required.
• Proven ability to influence executive, clinical, operational, client and supplier stakeholders.
• Clinical experience and background in a clinical environment preferred.
• Experience leading complex category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, and value analysis initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive category strategies for complex portfolios aligned with client priorities and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contracts.
• Develop and negotiate complex business, financial, and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Lead multidisciplinary stakeholder committees to support informed decisions and strategic objectives.
• Present category strategies and outcomes to executive audiences and build trusted relationships.
• Mentor team members and apply AI fluency to enhance category strategy and decision-making.
