Qualifications

• 3+ years of oil and gas land experience with surface negotiations.
• Ability to negotiate and administer complex surface agreements and surface-related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure surface use agreements, easements, rights-of-way, and related contracts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support drill-ready and construction-ready projects.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and record surface agreements and related documents.
• Manage surface acquisition activities from contact to payment and handoff.
• Maintain accurate land records, logs, and summaries in company systems.
• Support regulatory filings, hearings, and stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Oversee field brokers, title vendors, surveyors, and other consultants.
