Marsh Agency (MMA) is seeking a Surety Client Manager to develop and maintain client relationships, manage key accounts, and provide tailored surety bond solutions. The role involves collaborating with underwriters, preparing proposals, and mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates have a strong surety background, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. This position requires commuting to the Ridgeland, MS office several days a week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in surety, insurance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of surety bonds and underwriting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; licenses/designations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers and other stakeholders in the surety industry.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts; ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored surety bond solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals including pricing and terms to clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters to evaluate risk and secure bond approvals.
• Lead and mentor junior account managers and support staff.
