Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a dynamic support strategy operator to drive strategic and operational initiatives across OpenAI’s customer support landscape. You will work with leaders across the company to scale, mature, and optimize our support operations and customer experience as we grow.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, and data teams to address key challenges, execute on a long-term vision, and ensure our support organization scales with the business while maintaining world-class service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, strategy and consulting with ≥5 years leading customer-facing ops.
• Experience building and leading in a technical environment.
• Non-traditional thinker able to leverage emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive ideation and operationalization of new support systems, processes, and programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Work with product, engineering, and data teams to address operational challenges and growth opportunities in support.
• Deep dive into drivers of support operations to identify optimization and innovation opportunities.
• Partner with GTM, product, and partnerships to launch initiatives and drive change management.
