Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Support Operations Governance Consultant to drive governance, stakeholder coordination, and program management across data governance initiatives within the Infosys DNA unit. You will analyze processes, benchmark against industry standards, and document configurations and SOPs to ensure scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate/travel per project.

• Experience with data governance and IT operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and align solution performance with domain insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system configurations, drafting SOPs.
• Conduct research on third-party products, providing comparison on features and costs.
• Coordinate solution implementation and support SOPs to ensure stability post-implementation.
