Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Project Lead 2 to steer transformation programs for large clients, aligning objectives with business goals and delivering value across teams.

You will manage client relationships, drive program delivery, and shape propositional offerings, leveraging cloud, data analytics, and AI capabilities to accelerate outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory services and recommend business and technology solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements.
  • Ensure quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Drive successful program execution across distributed teams.
  • Support RFPs, proposals, estimations, and solution creation.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and consulting practice development.
  • Participate in client presentations and pursuit discussions.
  • Mentor consultants and project teams.
  • Build consulting capabilities and reusable assets.
  • Share domain knowledge and best practices.
  • Drive innovation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
  • Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
  • Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

  • 15+ years of industry/consulting experience.
  • Experience leading large transformation or digital initiatives.
  • Exposure to cloud, data analytics, AI
  • Proven track record in client engagement and business growth.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
