Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Supply Planning Manager in Brookfield, WI to lead a team of planning analysts and drive end-to-end supply planning. You will own Oracle ERP processes, mentor staff, and collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, distribution, and operations to ensure optimal service levels.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI ownership (fill rate, inventory turns), and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in supply planning or related roles, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with supply chain tools, software, and ERP (Oracle preferred).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven problem-solving skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
• Ownership, urgency, and accountability with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and develop capabilities.
• Own and scale supply planning processes and Oracle ERP.
• Anticipate and prioritize partner needs, solving issues early.
• Own and drive KPIs: fill rate, inventory turns, and obsolete inventory.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and present risks and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement across supply planning, data accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Prioritize workload balancing short-term and long-term initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning with robust analysis.
• Act as SME in supply planning tools and processes.
