Job summary

You will own planning processes, collaborate with suppliers and internal partners, and lead monthly S&OP reporting. A data-driven approach and strong analytical skills are essential to optimize inventory, service levels, and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in supply planning or related roles; at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Supply Planning Analysts.
• Own and scale supply planning processes and systems (Oracle ERP).
• Anticipate and prioritize business partner needs.
• Own and drive performance against key supply chain KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, distribution, demand planning, and operations.
• Lead monthly S&OP reporting and present risks and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, data accuracy, and inventory optimization.
• Prioritize team workload to balance execution with strategic initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life planning with robust analysis.
• Act as subject matter expert in supply planning tools and processes.
