Evermark, a fast-growing beauty and personal care company backed by YellowWood Partners, is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of its supply chain strategy in New Jersey. You will oversee the supply planning team, optimize forecasting, and manage inventory costs to meet customer demand.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience working with Global CMO network.
• Experience in consumer goods industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the supply planning team and performance objectives.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for forecasting, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory turns and stock-outs; develop action plans.
• Support Kinaxis implementation and KPI reporting using new data platforms.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure performance meets expectations.
• Identify process improvements to optimize inventory and forecasting.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
