Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Supply Planner in Charlotte, NC for an end-to-end supply planning role in the Water division. You will participate in the SIOP process, balance service and cost, and develop plans across product lines and sites.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years in supply planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SAP/JDA in a hybrid work setting in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related roles.
• Bachelor degree, Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Direct experience supporting or leading the SIOP process.
• Experience in ERP systems like SAP, JDA.
• ASCM/APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Experience in complex or global operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Review in the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring cross-functional alignment on capacity and supply strategies.
• Develop a robust mid- and long-range supply plan aligned with forecasted demand and inventory targets.
• Partner with Demand Planning to ensure forecast-to-supply alignment and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to address constraints and ensure OTP/OTR performance.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs such as service levels and inventory health.
