Job summary

Xylem is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to consolidate an 18-month rolling demand and margin/mix plan for the Analytics segment in the Americas and Europe. The role represents Demand Planning in the SIOP process, leading Pre-DRM and DRM with cross-functional teams.

Candidates bring 5+ years in supply chain, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills to drive accurate forecasts, strategic actions, and KPI performance across global markets.

Qualifications

• Has bachelors degree (e.g. supply chain, finance).
• Minimum 5+ years relevant supply chain experience for a Global international company.
• Oliver Wight / APICS Certification (or comparable).
• Demonstrated Leadership & Strategic development.
• Excellent English skills and other languages is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing, CI, and/or six sigma tools & concepts.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and ERP planning systems.
• Ability to translate business and financial goals into action plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from manufacturing floor to Executive.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a rapidly changing stressful environment.
• Change agent and ability to think creatively and look forward.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate an 18-month rolling Demand & margin/mix plan for the Analytics segment in Americas and Europe.
• Represent the Demand Planning function in the M&SIOP process.
• Lead monthly Pre-DRM and DRM.
• Coordinate the demand planning process and provide integrated analyses.
• Partner with commercial and finance teams to align demand with financial planning.
• Benchmark KPIs and assess market conditions to support business cases.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Demand Planning process.
• Lead supply chain projects as assigned.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
