Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Vista, CA is seeking a Senior Production/Supply Planner to develop and maintain supply plans (MTS and MTO) with optimal product mix and lead-times, ensuring material availability for production and on-time deliveries.

The role involves coordinating with manufacturing, purchasing, quality and regulatory teams in a highly regulated environment and leveraging SAP and Excel to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of work experience in Production/Supply Planning or related planning/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP) is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate across levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans (MTS and MTO) with optimal product mix to meet demand and minimize obsolescence.
• Develop and execute capacity plans, resolving downtime and bottlenecks to meet delivery objectives.
• Analyze demand forecasts to identify bottlenecks and coordinate with Vista manufacturing and senior management.
• Direct Production Planners to ensure timely execution of forecasted demand and provide alternative strategies.
• Maintain 3-month batch allocation forecast and collaborate with cross-functional teams on changes.
• Provide expertise in SAP Planning and inventory management; present KPIs to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and participate in cross-company teams.
