Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Supply Chain Planner to join our growing team. We are looking for a detailed professional to manage all supply chain responsibilities for key product lines at one of our busiest plants, including customer service, procurement, logistics, inventory management and master data maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and ERP experience (QAD a plus), with 2–5 years in a manufacturing supply chain. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; QAD experience a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Background in order processing and procurement.
• Exposure to automotive manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in spreadsheets and word-processing.
• Ability to work collegially in cross-functional teams; lead or participate.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand schedules, revising orders, updating accounts, and escalating supply issues.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
• Prepare floor-level production schedules considering capacity and constraints.
• Prepare forecasts for planning, purchasing and distribution.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and vendors.
• Develop and publish a service parts schedule and monitor production progress.
