Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or related field.
• At least six years of work experience in Production/Supply Planning or related environment.
• Experience in Biological or Pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Agile project management and ability to manage complex variables.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans (MTS/MTO) to meet forecasted demand.
• Manage lead-times, WIP inventory, lot sizes, and obsolescence.
• Ensure raw materials and components are available to support production.
• Forecast capacity plans and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory for changes and launches.
• Communicate capacity and schedule changes to management.
• Provide alternative strategies when deviations occur.
• Prepare long-term production and supply plans for senior management.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leads to balance constraints with plans.
