Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain related field with 3+ years of experience in supply planning for APIs/pharma
• Equivalent degree with 5+ years of supply chain planning experience in biotech/pharma
• Experience with planning production and materials in regulated industry (FDA)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Proficiency in SAP IBP and ERP systems like SAP/Hanna or Oracle

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials availability to meet the supply plan and report shortages
• Create and assess RCCP scenarios in coordination with production
• Develop tools to monitor KPIs for supply chain processes and maintain SAP master data
• Act as deputy to S&OP Facilitator/Demand Planner
• Monitor and release process orders and prepare analyses/reports
• Manage material reservations and ownership of Global Specs Process
• Convert supply plan into process orders and conduct hand-over meetings with scheduling
