Randstad USA is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Consultant (SAP IBP) for an onsite role in Norwood, MA. You will drive demand/supply alignment and production scheduling in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in supply planning, deep SAP IBP/ERP expertise, and experience in pharma or life sciences settings, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure executable plans and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
• Deep, hands-on experience with SAP IBP and SAP planning/master data processes.
• Pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply planning in SAP IBP including demand/supply reviews and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Operations to plan, schedule, and execute production for on-time delivery.
• Identify risks, capacity gaps, and inventory constraints with actionable options.
• Maintain planning master data in SAP and SAP IBP and support lifecycle changes.
• Build dashboards and provide ad hoc analysis for launches, budgets, and risk assessments.
