Job summary
Highridge Medical is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to steward the end-to-end planning process for a 100% outsourced contract manufacturing network. You will translate demand forecasts into feasible plans, perform RCCP, and deliver insights for executive decision-making.
The role emphasizes strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel, and SAP expertise, with collaboration across Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to align supply with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5–8+ years in Supply Planning or IBP.
- Experience with 100% contract manufacturing.
- 5–8 years SAP experience in planning.
- Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis.
- Experience monthly SIOP/IBP processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain rolling supply plans for IBP/SIOP.
- Translate forecasts into capacity-constrained supply plans across CM network.
- Lead RCCP activities to evaluate capabilities and risks.
- Monitor supply-demand imbalances and advise on mitigation.
- Prepare materials for Supply Review and executive meetings.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance.
