Job summary
Highridge Medical is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to develop and maintain supply plans for IBP/SIOP processes across an outsourced contract manufacturing network. You will translate demand forecasts into capacity-constrained plans, run RCCP, and identify risks and opportunities to help executives make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in supply planning in contract manufacturing, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and deep SAP expertise, with experience in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering).
- 5–8+ years in Supply Planning or IBP/SIOP.
- Experience in 100% contract manufacturing environment.
- RCCP experience and translating forecasts into plans.
- 5–8 years SAP experience: MRP, inventory, planning analytics.
- Advanced Excel modeling, dashboards and reporting development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain rolling supply plans for IBP/SIOP monthly horizon.
- Translate forecasts into capacity-constrained plans across contract manufacturers.
- Lead RCCP to evaluate capabilities, constraints, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor supply-demand imbalances; propose corrective actions.
- Support budgeting, long-range planning, and annual operating plans.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Quality.
