Job summary

DAP in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Supply Planner to manage inventory, replenishment, and fill rates using forecasts and demand plans.

You will collaborate across manufacturing and distribution, optimize stock levels, and respond to shortages with alternatives.

Bachelor's in a relevant field, 3–5 years planning experience and SAP S4/Hana and SAP IBP exposure are preferred; benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supply planning experience; production planning experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply planning across facilities and distribution centers to meet inventory targets.
• Implement and execute operational plans with minimal supervision and clear decision rationale.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Identify shortages and assess alternative replenishment sources to fulfill orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve material delays and optimize fill rate.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems.
