Job summary

DAP is seeking a Supply Planner at our Corporate Office in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on inventory management and replenishment using forecasts and demand plans to ensure on-time availability and cost efficiency.

The candidate will collaborate across supply chain functions to optimize fill rate and resolve shortages. Responsibilities include executing operational plans, maintaining finished goods inventory targets, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or other relevant field required and/or equivalent Supply Chain experience in lieu of degree.
• 3-5 Years of Supply Planning experience, previous production planner experience is a plus.
• Problem solving, process improvement and strong communications skills are required as well as the ability to forge strong relationships with our manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Takes the initiative to accomplish objectives and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana and SAP IBP modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory management and replenishment based on forecasts and demand plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory levels and fill rate.
• Identify potential shortages and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Adjust supply plans based on cross-functional feedback and market conditions.
• Support execution of promotional activities, new product launches, and system testing.
