Job summary

BD seeks a Sr. Global Supply Planner to lead supply visibility, risk management, and executive-ready decisions across supply, commercial and manufacturing teams. You will collaborate with DCs to reserve inventory and deliver KPI analytics, aiming to optimize inventory and cash flow.

The role requires Master Scheduling experience, 5+ years in planning, and familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Biologics. Based in USA CA - San Diego, the position offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

BS degree in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain or operations planning.
Master Scheduling experience required.
Experience with Biologics/Reagents is a plus.
SAP, MS Office, Power BI and database tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

Work with DCs to order and reserve inventory for key customers.
Provide data for KPI metrics including order issues, excess/expired inventory, schedule compliance, and stock risk.
Maximize material use to minimize excess inventory and scrap.
Perform master scheduling and cross-functional collaboration to create planned orders.
Analyze data to improve overall supply chain processes.
Create reports to support process improvement and analytics for supply chain operations.
Lead or participate in projects as SME and drive continuous improvements.
Deploy statistical techniques to ensure stocking strategies are implemented.
Execute strategies to reduce inventory and improve cash flow.
Manage stocking and inventory processes to enhance customer experience.
