Job summary

DAP is seeking a Supply Planner at our Corporate Office in Baltimore, MD to manage inventory and replenishment using forecasts and plans. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize fill rates and ensure on‑time, on‑cost delivery, with ability to move between analysis and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in supply planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with SAP S4/Hana and SAP IBP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or other relevant field required.
• 3–5 years of supply planning experience; production planner experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving, process improvement and communications skills.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supply planning and execution of operational plans.
• Operate under minimal supervision and communicate decisions clearly.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels at facilities and distribution centers.
• Ensure planning parameters are defined, respected, and met for customer satisfaction.
• Identify possible material shortages and assess alternative replenishment sources.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve shortages, delays and yield issues.
• Adjust the supply plan based on cross-functional input.
