Job summary

WHOOP in Boston, MA is seeking a Demand Planner to own the end-to-end demand plan across products, channels, customers, and regions, aligning forecast with commercial strategy and market signals.

The role partners with Sales, Growth, Finance, Operations, and Supply Planning to manage forecast accuracy, scenario analyses, and S&OP activities, ensuring inventory and supply decisions support growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of demand planning or related analytical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into forecasts.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tooling familiarity.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand plan across products, channels, customers, and regions.
• Incorporate retailer forecasts, sell-through trends, inventory positions, promotions, and launches into the forecast.
• Own forecast accuracy and bias, drive improvements to processes and systems.
• Develop scenarios and translate findings into clear recommendations for planning leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to translate demand changes into supply requirements.
• Lead the demand planning portion of the S&OP process.
