Job summary

Kelly Services in Warsaw, IN seeks a Planner to provide tactical execution of purchasing and lifecycle management, from RFPs to PO generation, receipt and invoicing. You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure reliability, run RFQs, and support quality teams during issue resolution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data into clear insights.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on business insights.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
• Ability to tailor communication to the audience and present to small-medium groups.
• Experience with an ERP system SAP/APO/SNP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical execution of purchasing through life cycle management from NPI to base business.
• Support general purchase orders, lifecycle management, RFP, PO generation, receipt, invoicing; ensure PO integrity in the system.
• Develop and execute RFQ requests for quotation.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure supply reliability and confirm availability.
• Resolve invoicing issues with POs and support supplier quality during issue resolution.
• Monitor supply reliability, OTD, and inventory; support PPC activities and cost reviews.
• Lead PPV analysis, annual standard cost review, LT review, and CO approvals; partner with SQA and sourcing for supplier quality issues.
• Support RCCP/cMPS volume alignment, production scheduling, and shop floor control.
• Capture and report metrics data and assist in prioritizing inspections.
