Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in supply planning, material planning, or related field.
• Experience managing inventory in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or supply chain planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule inventory to support production and customer demand.
• Analyze supply and demand patterns to identify shortages and material constraints.
• Determine material quantities and delivery dates based on schedules.
• Execute and manage supply plans with suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier schedules and material releases for timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and critical components.
• Collaborate with suppliers to reduce lead times and adjust orders.
• Provide updates on inventory availability and recovery plans.
• Support inventory redistribution and material reallocation.
