Job summary

Arvato in Wisconsin, Pleasant Prairie, invites experienced professionals to join the supply chain team as a Buyer/Planner. You will coordinate purchasing and execution of raw materials, manage orders, reconcile data, maintain inventory, and handle invoicing to ensure uninterrupted production.

You will collaborate with customer teams, suppliers, service delivery, operations, and account management to prepare for reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain, buyer, planner or logistics roles.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and execution of raw materials.
• Manage orders, cycle counts and data reconciliation.
• Oversee inventory management and invoicing processes.
• Prepare for and participate in business reviews with customers.
