Job summary

Kelly is seeking a highly analytical Supply Network Planning Analyst to support end-to-end supply, inventory, and distribution planning across the value stream, blending planning fundamentals with advanced analytics, reporting automation, and digital capabilities.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Management, Finance, Data & Analytics, Digital, site planning teams, and downstream partners to translate business needs into feasible supply plans and scalable analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience translating large datasets into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI) and data platforms (Alteryx/Databricks/SQL).

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end supply, inventory, and distribution across the value stream.
• Create and support RCCP/MPS processes with capacity and multi-site constraints.
• Review outputs to validate net requirements and feasible supply plans.
• Develop dashboards and self-service analytics tools for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service and inventory health.
