Job summary

Ferrara Candy Company is seeking a Demand Planning professional to manage mid‑term supply planning across multiple production locations. You will work with plant schedulers, balancing service levels with working capital, sourcing strategy, and obsolescence targets.

The role requires 3+ years in planning roles, strong Excel, SAP S4/IBP, and Power BI familiarity, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish. In‑person collaboration is essential, with potential travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in quantitative majors preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations Management, or related position
• High familiarity with MS Office, SAP S4/IBP, and Power BI
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain supply plans for weeks 5-78 ensuring service, working capital, and obsolescence targets
• Lead Integrated Business Planning with short and mid-term horizon views
• Provide regular status updates on plan adherence, delays, risks, and tradeoffs
• Coordinate with finite schedulers and plants for scheduling horizons
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Identify root causes of planning failures and prescribe corrective actions
• Participate in commercialization meetings and cross-functional initiatives
• Possibly travel domestically or internationally
