Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking an IBP Supply Manager to lead master scheduling and demand planning across divisions. You will align demand plans with supply, collaborate with sales and operations, and optimize inventory while driving strategic supply chain initiatives.

Hybrid role with travel to USA factories; strong analytics, Excel and SAP expertise are required to deliver 24–48 month plans and ensure on-time production and customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, import-export, inventory management, or industrial engineering; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in demand planning, master scheduling, production scheduling, inventory management or analytics.
• SAP knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand and supply through scenario planning and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, planning and operations to maintain a stable schedule.
• Lead ISC planning strategies across manufacturing sites and regions.
