Ferrara Candy Co. in Chicago seeks a Director of IBP Process Governance & Performance Management to lead the enterprise Integrated Business Planning capabilities.

You will own governance, planning standards, and performance management processes across governance structures that connect Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Leadership. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning or governance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Ferrara's IBP governance framework, standards, policies, and compliance processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that advance IBP capabilities and planning maturity across the organization.
• Develop and oversee executive performance management processes, KPI governance, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Facilitate executive planning discussions that align Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations leadership.
• Build organizational capability through training, governance adoption, and change management initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for IBP governance and performance management.
• Support ERP implementations, business transformation initiatives, and process harmonization efforts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on planning effectiveness, governance, and business performance.
