Job summary

ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Madison, WI to keep equipment reliable and budgets aligned. This full-time role partners with Brewing and Production leadership to anticipate maintenance needs before issues arise.

You will own the 3-year preventive maintenance schedule, generate detailed work packs, manage parts inventory, and lead root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement across the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general technical or maintenance experience, including planning experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read drawings and specs.
• Strong organizational and project leadership skills.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and handling data.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine a 3-year preventive maintenance schedule with leadership.
• Generate work orders, complete work packs with parts and instructions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and budget.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate outside vendors and support during downtime.
