Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products. You will partner with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans, optimize inventory strategies, and resolve imbalances affecting revenue and margins.

You will develop and own plans, identify gaps, lead cross-functional actions, and communicate insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply/Demand Planning, Sourcing, or broader supply chain leadership.
• Expert-level Excel skills with advanced modeling and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans in partnership with Sourcing, Demand Management, and suppliers.
• Create inventory strategies to balance service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and lead cross-functional corrective actions.
• Assess revenue capability and supply risk for leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Improve planning processes, metrics, and operating rhythms.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior initiatives.
• Build relationships across Oracle lines of business and suppliers.
