Oracle is seeking a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, collaborating with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient supply plans and optimize inventory strategies.

This highly visible role requires independent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate forward-looking supply capability to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in Supply/Demand Planning or related leadership roles.
• Experience communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Expert-level Excel skills (advanced modeling, pivots, forecasting/scenario analysis).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own supply plans in partnership with Sourcing Management, Demand Management, and suppliers to meet customer commitments.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and lead cross-functional actions to protect revenue and margin.
• Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk for senior leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers for fair execution.
• Present business results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
• Improve planning processes by contributing to tools, metrics, and operating rhythms.
• Mentor junior planners and support senior planners on ad-hoc initiatives.
• Build relationships across Oracle lines of business and with external suppliers.
