Job summary

KULR Technology Group in Webster, TX is seeking a Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager to lead cost-saving initiatives and day-to-day warehouse operations across Webster and Ellington. You will drive inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing while coordinating with Finance on procurement and spend governance.

The role reports to the Vice President of Operations and requires experience in ERP systems, NetSuite, and AS9100 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100, ITAR/NDAA) preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and lot/serial traceability.
• Strong freight, logistics cost management and supplier-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations at Webster and Ellington; receiving, put-away, kitting, line-side replenishment, cycle counting and shipping.
• Lead small team; set priorities from production schedule and work-order pick lists.
• Maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy; coordinate audits and BOM item sourcing.
• Collaborate with Finance on procurement, spend governance, and strategic sourcing.
