Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and material/production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) – required.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred), MRP, and inventory control.
• Deep understanding of ECO impact on supply chain and planning.
• Ability to manage supply chain risks, single-source dependencies, and long lead-time materials.
• Inventory accuracy (>99%) and on-time delivery to production and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own material planning and readiness to support production schedules, ECO implementation, and demand.
• Drive alignment between demand, supply, and engineering changes (ECOs) to minimize shortages and excess.
• Support NPI builds and ramp planning, ensuring component readiness and risk mitigation.
• Analyze supplier lead times, constraints, and risks, and proactively escalate issues.
• Partner with sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing teams on BOM readiness, ASL strategy, and cost optimization.
• Lead and develop a team of buyers and warehouse personnel, if applicable.
