Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA seeks a Manager Supply Chain Program 2 to lead procurement planning, subcontract execution, and supplier performance for a program portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of supply chain/procurement/PM experience, or 12 years without degree
• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of general procurement and subcontract execution workflows
• Understanding of general manufacturing and purchasing workflows
• Must have a current and active Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develops program planning, procurement plan, and aligns Global Supply Chain resources to the plan.
• Lead teams to ensure placement and receipt of material per program plans; mitigate risks and issues.
• Brief PMO and executives on cost and schedule performance and issues affecting program cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet supply chain commitments and mitigate risks related to suppliers.
• Forecasts and manages activities across Supply Chain Planning and Sourcing and operation of MR planning systems.
