Job summary

The Manager is responsible for developing and leading the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end Supply Chain material-management programs that support major capital projects. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and program milestones.

The position will lead a team of direct, indirect, matrixed and contract resources, driving performance and ensuring timely, cost-effective material readiness solutions

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of materials management, inventory planning and supplier management.
• Experience coordinating with procurement, warehouse operations, contractors and internal SC teams.
• Ability to interpret forecasting, lead-time management and demand planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of material management strategies for major capital projects.
• Coordinate between Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, PMO, vendors and contractors to ensure material readiness.
• Oversee end-to-end materials management including planning, procurement, inventory and distribution.
• Ensure program reporting, KPIs, dashboards and risk communications.
