Zusammenfassung

Sanmina seeks a seasoned SCI Material Program Manager to lead assigned programs across new product launches and continuous improvement within procurement. You will coordinate with PMO, contracts, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure top-tier supply chain performance.

You will manage supplier relationships through all lifecycle phases—from contract execution and hardware design to ramp-up and production, acting as a senior escalation point for procurement staff and driving cost

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of experience working with suppliers in a high-tech environment.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, experience defending procurements with customers and/or DCMA/DCAA.
• Experience with preparing pricing for government proposals.
• Experience with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience working with development and ramp within electronics hardware manufacturing.
• Experience with Statements of Work, supplier contract development and negotiations.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment to achieve schedule, cost, quality targets.
• Understanding of supply chain functions and their importance (demand/supply planning, procurement, material control).
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Aufgaben

• Acting as the main focal point within supply chain for assigned programs and suppliers, presenting status to PMO and executive leadership.
• Assisting development and execution of Supply Chain initiatives supporting government business strategies.
• Coordinating collaboration meetings with procurement, planning and material control to ensure demand and supply planning.
• Ensuring all supply chain commitments are met and risks mitigated for assigned programs.
• Working with suppliers to meet contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitating effective supplier NPI execution and ramp-up to production.
• Acting as a key escalation point for procurement staff on complex supplier issues.
• Driving Supplier Design for Manufacturing and material cost reduction.
• Managing bid cost and PPV performance to exceed program goals.
• Tracking and reporting Program E&O in PMO.
