Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Space Sector seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager – Level 1 located in Aurora, CO or Colorado Springs, CO. You will lead material and subcontract content across programs, coordinating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience (or a master's with 3 years) and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Government Secret clearance. A related aerospace background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• 1 year of team leader and/or people management experience.
• Subcontracts, procurement, or material management/planning experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, planning, and execution of all material and subcontract content for a Program throughout the BAP.
• Forecasting, budget, and schedule performance in supply chain program execution.
• Develop statements of work (SOW) and subcontract plans to meet requirements.
• Manage supplier performance and mitigate risks to achieve program targets.
