Northrop Grumman Space Sector invites you to join as a Supply Chain Planning Specialist – Level 4. Based at Promontory, UT, or Magna, UT, you will manage material planning, sourcing coordination, and lifecycle support for mission-critical programs on-site.

The role requires a BS with experience in ERP/MRP, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00–$160,200.00, with standard benefits and possible bonuses.

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience or higher degrees with related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership and project ownership within supply chain roles or teams.

Mansioni

• Ensure the right materials are available for production and delivered on time.
• Review on-hand vs. required material; prioritize needs and set inventory levels.
• Use MRP to compare demand and supply, identify shortages, and adjust plans.
• Support lifecycle changes, including new launches, ramp-ups, and end-of-life phase-outs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing/Procurement to set inventory targets and drive cost savings.
• Assess supplier capacity, lead times, and ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
• Partner with Program Mgmt, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with sourcing, operations, and finance to synchronize inventory targets.
• Work with senior planners to define and execute material procurement strategies.
• Evaluate BOM requirements to build inventory and adjust orders accordingly.
• Participate in make/buy decisions and long-term capacity planning.
• Provide long-term capacity planning to support new product introductions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
