Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks a Manager 1 Supply Chain Programs to lead planning and execution of supply chain strategy for a Program or portfolio in an on-site role at Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ. The position follows a 9/80 schedule with no relocation provided.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across PMO, Subcontracts, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Contracts and Operations to ensure commitments are met on cost and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing supplier or subcontract performance.
• Experience with forecasting, cost tracking, accruals, or EAC support.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution for development and production programs, aligning material strategies with customer requirements and milestones.
• Develop procurement plans for subcontracts and material while coordinating Global Supply Chain resources.
• Manage supplier performance, cost, schedule, and risk; participate in weekly supplier calls.
• Support engineering qualification and new product introduction through supplier qualifications, design reviews, and SDRL deliverables.
• Develop executive-level reporting, program analytics, and risk assessments for PMRs and leadership decisions.
• Provide supply chain strategic support through cost analyses, make-vs-buy assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
