Job summary

Jetson is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to bring structure, discipline, and execution rigor to Supply Chain & Warehousing. You will translate strategic roadmap into daily execution, coordinating NPI, RCCA, and OKRs across teams, with high visibility up to senior leadership.

You will own cross‑functional work across procurement, warehouse ops, logistics, and field teams, driving structured cadences and executive dashboards in a fast‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain or hardware contexts.
• Strong cross-functional influencer who drives alignment without direct authority.
• Experience managing NPI processes with physical goods and vendor management.
• Familiarity with RCCA or continuous improvement frameworks; Six Sigma not required.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and deploy AI tools to manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional initiatives from charter to close — defining scope, aligning stakeholders, running structured meetings, managing timelines, and holding teams accountable without direct authority.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) — own Supply Chain components of NPI in conjunction with product management, coordinating across procurement, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action — build and administer RCCA program, tracking issues, driving closure, and reporting trends to leadership.
• Own OKR coordination for the Supply Chain & Warehousing org — facilitate quarterly goal setting, tracking progress, and linking team objectives to company priorities.
• Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards that aggregate status from multiple project owners.
