Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects spanning rack production, quality, and global logistics. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional partners across the company to meet deadlines.

In this role you will oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, manage supplier quality and CM capacity, and drive NPI with early material readiness, while aligning with regional teams and OEM partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for network racks.
Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.
Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality RMAs and ensuring testing protocols including Rack Level Testing.
Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning, and strict tracking compliance to meet deployment deadlines.
Drive the NPI lifecycle, coordinating TRD development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future schedules.
Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including QBRs and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve high-level bottlenecks.
