Job summary

Jetson, based in Centennial, CO, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to bring structure, discipline, and execution rigor to its Supply Chain & Warehousing Programs. This in-person role links NPI, RCCA, and OKR management across the organization with senior leadership visibility.

You will own cross-functional execution from charter to close, translating strategic roadmaps into daily operations and producing executive dashboards. Prior NPI and vendor management experience in hardware is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management in supply chain or hardware.
• Strong cross-functional influencer—drive accountability without direct authority.
• NPI processes with physical goods and vendor/contractor management.
• Familiarity with RCCA or continuous improvement frameworks (Six Sigma not required).
• High comfort with ambiguity; progress with incomplete information.
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to manage programs efficiently.
• PMP or equivalent a plus — practical impact matters more than credentials.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives from charter to close, defining scope, aligning stakeholders, running structured meetings, and tracking timelines.
• NPI: Own Supply Chain components of NPI from engineering handoff to readiness and field launch, coordinating with procurement, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Own RCCA: Build and administer RCCA program, track issues, drive closure, and report trends to leadership.
• Own OKR coordination for Supply Chain & Warehousing: quarterly goal-setting, tracking progress, aligning with company priorities.
• Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards aggregating status from multiple project owners.
