Job summary

Jetson is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to bring structure, discipline, and execution rigor to Jetson’s Supply Chain & Warehousing Programs in Centennial, CO. You will be the tactical engine translating strategic roadmap into daily execution with cross-functional coordination.

The role owns NPI components, RCCA, and OKR coordination, delivering executive dashboards and maintaining alignment with senior leadership in a fast-growing, data-driven company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, operations, or a hardware/product environment.
• Strong cross-functional influencer — drives accountability and alignment without direct authority.
• Experience managing NPI processes with physical goods and vendor/contractor management.
• Familiarity with RCCA or continuous improvement frameworks.
• High comfort with ambiguity; you do not need perfect information to move forward.
• Experience with modern tools, including AI, to manage programs more efficiently.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives from charter to close with scope definition, stakeholder alignment, structured meetings, timelines, and accountability.
• Own Supply Chain components of NPI from engineering handoff to field launch, coordinating procurement, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Build and administer Jetson’s RCCA program, track issues, drive closure, and report trends to leadership.
• Coordinate OKRs for the Supply Chain & Warehousing org, facilitate quarterly goal-setting, track progress, and align with company priorities.
• Run structured cadence meetings across procurement, logistics, warehouse ops, and field teams.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards aggregating status from multiple project owners.
