Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or related field.
• Graduate degree with substantial related experience.
• 10+ years in ops, materials management, or inventory with 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead stockroom and logistics managers across sites to plan and control contract and non-contract inventory.
• Drive performance metrics: dock-to-stock, aging orders, and inventory accuracy.
• Execute MRP-driven inventory management and materials planning.
• Maintain cycle-count programs and material accountability.
• Collaborate on reporting for receiving velocity, inventory accuracy, and schedule attainment.
• Support SIOP with proper supply and inventory representation.
• Develop warehousing strategy to support high-volume manufacturing.
• Travel up to 25% to support multiple sites.
