Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree preferred with 7+ years.
• Alternative: 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in supply chain and program/product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain aspects of key pursuits to support division growth.
• Partner with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to drive execution and optimize supply base.
• Track and coordinate all program deliverables, identify risks, and mitigate them.
• Analyze supplier capacity and adjust material flow for line fill and inventory.
• Provide DFx support and assess materials/supply chain impact of changes.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency in product development and supply chain.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to meet program requirements.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
