Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Camden, AR, seeks a Senior Associate, Supply Chain Management - Materials to lead cross‑functional SC/MM teams across programs and new business initiatives. You’ll act as the primary interface for material program matters and drive integration with IPTs and suppliers.

Responsibilities include developing supply chain strategies, managing budgets, escalating risks, and presenting to leadership. Travel up to 10% to supplier locations nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, OR graduate degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of prior related experience, OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, assembly, and ATP processes.
• Ability to use technical knowledge and experience to evaluate plans, processes, and results of the supporting team.
• Solid working knowledge of project management methods within the defense acquisition environment, including program planning, integrated master scheduling, budgeting, and earned value management.
• Ability to implement product design and development stage-gate processes (reviews for design, build, and test).
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and make real-time plan adjustments in response to challenges or unexpected results.

Responsibilities

• Support material requirements, material budgets, and supply chain deliverables for assigned programs.
• Support and help lead integrated cross-functional material teams, collaborating with suppliers, supply chain leadership, program management, functional leaders, and customers to meet subcontract cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Manage time and resources effectively across multiple programs, prioritizing critical path activities and competing demands.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for development and production proposals submitted to Government and Prime Contractor programs.
• Escalate and resolve material-related issues, risks, and roadblocks with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Partner in developing supplier baseline program plans, including budget and schedule baselines aligned with overall program objectives.
• Assist and provide input in contract negotiations with strategic suppliers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to peers, customers, suppliers, and senior management.
• Serve as the primary SC/MM representative and customer-facing point of contact for all supply chain material program matters.
• Travel up to 10% to other facilities and supplier locations nationwide.
